This trio is comprised of Zeke Zeh on Keyboard and Vocals; Ron Paludi on Bass and Vocals and Roberto Vega on Percussion and Vocals. Completely Different is a trio of the area’s most unique sounding acts. Specializing in all genres of music from blues to bee bop, rock to reggae and much more. All of course, with a very unique twist, both musically and visually. Hence the name, Completely Different. B
Band members: Zeke Zeh-Keyboards, Vocals. Zeke is a veteran player and vocalist, co-founding several successful local bands, including The Chrystal Ship, Dwyer, Reed, Trent and Zeller, Babul, and most notably, The Refrigerators. He has shared the stage with national recording artists and legendary bands including Suzy Bogguss, Pat Boone, Joe Walsh, The Village People, Average White Band, 98 Degrees, and KC and the Sunshine Band. Ron Paludi – Bass, Vocals. Born and raised in Schenectady NY. Studied under the late Charles Orsini. Roberto Vega-Percussion, Vocals. Born in Manhattan, the melting pot of music and theater, He enjoys collaborating with musicians of all styles from bluegrass to fusion. Percussionist, drummer and vocalist. Most recently played with Captain Squeeze at several Capital Region and downstate venues. Enjoy a segment of great music. They’ll appear again at the end of the show

Fitness at the Sch’dy JCC
Terry Santoro, SJCC Fitness Director
SJCC has some of the best in the area including the state-of-the-art fitness center, indoor pool, full-size gymnasium, a relaxation center complete with whirlpool, sauna and steam room, and the outdoor pool & tennis club. In addition to world-class facilities, SJCC offers personal training (individual and groups), swimming lessons and aquatic certifications, and more than 60 group and water fitness classes for all ages and abilities each week.
Coming soon to SJCC Fitness Center: Kettle X — Unlike many resistance tools such as dumbbells, body bars and medicine balls, the Kettlebell’s weight is beyond the center of the hand, challenging the user to control its movements while simultaneously counter-balancing its resistance. These unique weights allow for natural rotational movements, which are not always possible with other resistance tools. The advantage of using Kettlebells is experienced through enhanced metabolic effect, stability, balance, muscular symmetry and improved joint health.
MYZONE Physical Activity Belts — A NEW system that allows SJCC members to wear a heart-rate monitoring belt (a one-time purchase) that sends readings to screens throughout the Fitness Center in real-time. Through a series of personalized, color-coded tiles, users know exactly what heart-rate zone they are in at any given moment during their workout, allowing them to either ramp up or cool down their efforts to obtain maximum results. This data is recorded within the user’s online personal activity report and allows them to see how close they are to reaching their goals.
The more time spent exercising, and the higher the intensity of that exercise, the more MYZONE Effort Points (MEPs) members earn. Users can participate in challenges and monthly leaderboards all while improving their overall fitness level.

Warmth of Winter is a wine and craft beer tasting benefit to help seniors in our community with their home heating bills. Join us for a delightful evening of wine and craft beer, hors d’oeuvres and delicious cuisine, a unique art activity, and enticing silent auctions and must-have live auctions.

- Mission: Colonie Senior Service Centers is an independent, community based 501(c)3 non-profit serving the largest population of seniors in the Capital Region. CSSC’s programs include the Retired Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) of the Capital region, Umbrella of Colonie, Transportation Services, Senior Dining, Bright Horizons Adult Day Services, Driver Fitness Center, Health and Wellness Programs and more. CSSC also owns and manages three of the area’s independent 55+ senior living facilities at the Beltrone Living Center, Sheehy Manor and King Thiel Senior Community. In total, CSSC’s programs and services serve over 6,000 seniors and their families annually.

Each month, Janice appears on the show to tell us another fascinating story about the history of Proctors. Proctors was built/opened in 1926 and has a very interesting history starting with Vaudeville.
