Camp offers a variety of activities including swim lessons, sports, crafts, music, archery, science, nature, special events, field trips, overnights, and interaction with shlichim, counselors from Israel, who provide a different perspective and share their experiences of home and life in Israel.
SJCC has developed a strong program of themed activities steeped in Jewish values using the JCC Association’s TAG curriculum: Torah (learning and living), Avodah (service and spirituality), and Gemilut Chassadim (acts of loving kindness).
Also, SJCC is proud to announce the return of the Camp-A-Toga initiative which provides easier access to the Jewish Summer Camp tradition by offering transportation from pick up points in Southern Saratoga County.
Lastly, SJCC will also offer three Specialty Camps this summer (half-days, from 9:00 am-12:30 pm.): Physics of the Force with miSci (July 9- 13 for grades 3-6); Kidz Art (August 6-10 for grades 2-6); and the Casper Wells Baseball Academy (August 13-17 for grades 2-6).
