They’ll perform and tell us about their upcoming performances around the area such as Savoy Taproom in Albany on Saturday 4/28. “Our group is comprised of 4 lifelong musicians from various backgrounds including Standards, Jazz, Rock, and Folk music, who’ve blended to make an authentic American Sound.
From their website: The Rambling Drifters are a Folk-Rock, Country-Swing & Blues Band influenced by artists like Willie Nelson, Johnny Cash, Bob Dylan and the Grateful Dead, among others. The band is staffed by John Hill on Acoustic Guitar, Lead Vocals & Harmonica, Amy Biancolli on Fiddle / Violin, Matthew Oremland on Electric Bass and David Singer on Drums / Percussion.

Schenectady’s History – GE Realty Plot
- Chris Leonard, Schenectady City Historian
Join Schenectady City Historian, Chris Leonard, on a walking tour of the historic GE Realty Plot neighborhood. Leonard will cover the dynamic events and unique cast of characters who have called “The Plot” their home. The tour includes stories and anecdotes about GE inventors and executives, Schenectady business and political leaders, entertainers, and incomparable individuals, as well as the formation of The Plot and the ongoing efforts to protect these stately homes.

2nd Annual Electric City Trucks, Taps, Corks & Forks

“Electric City Trucks, Taps, Corks and Forks” is our primary fundraiser for 2018 and proceeds will fund renovations to our 21 residential homes throughout Schenectady County. In addition to food trucks, craft brew, wine and spirits, the event will feature live music by Grand Central Station and Gordons St., a Kids Fun Zone with games, inflatables, face painting, Operation Safe Child ID program and more. Admission is free to the event.
