  • The Garifuna Collective preserves traditional Caribbean rhythms, performing with turtle shells, jawbones, guitars and bass. Bodoma Garifuna Culture Band will be a special guest  performing at Music Haven in Sch’dy Central Park  –– rain location is a Proctors  7 pm
  • Disney’s Beauty and the Beast by the Not so Common Players performing at the Performing Arts at the Common (14 Clifton Commons)  7 pm – bring lawn chairs
  • The Route Fifty 5 (brass quintet) at 7 pm at Freedom Park in Scotia on the Mohawk Ave. Bring lawn chairs.
  • Tom Wadsworth and ThreeBonZ performing at the Richmondville Historical Society’s Music at the Mill Concert Series in Richmondville. 6:30 pm

Regular guests include Representatives from the Animal Protective Foundation; faculty from the various area institutions of higher learning discussing health and community issues; Representatives from City, County and State agencies; actors and directors from the theREP, Proctors Theatre, Circle Theatre Players at Sand Lake Center for the Arts, Schenectady Civic Players, Schenectady Light Opera, Albany Civic Players, Classic Theater Guild, and many other area theatrical groups; Tax Specialists from the Internal Revenue Service (during tax season); Representatives from Schenectady County Library; area museums including miSci & ESAM and many area non-profit organizations. We also try to highlight local artists and musicians whenever possible.
