Lisa and the Time Benders Combo will be playing in a variety show at Pinhead Susan’s on October 12th.  Friday night fun.  Lisa has been playing guitar and singing since the late 1980’s and is influenced by Bonnie Raitt, Joni Mitchell, Crosby Stills Nash and Young, Dionne Warwick, a little bit bluesy, a little bit rock ‘n’ roll.  Lisa asked Norm Ainslie of Kitchen Jazz to back her up and then the two decided to add a melody instrument and John Slovacek was chosen.  We each write our own parts.   We are all grateful to play together and have a great time working on originals and covers.
