  • Schenectady Greenmarket at Proctors from 10 am to 2 pm. Entertainment and great vendors.
  • Active Shooter Training Session at Proctors at the Mainstage starting at 3 pm. Important information presented by the Sch’dy Police Department. Open to all.

  • Science Series: “ How Theories Change Science” presented by William “Mac” Sudduth, PhD – Noon at the Main Branch of the Sch’dy Public Library – Noon program

Mar 27 (Tues)

  • “Global Health: Progress & Challenges” Great Decisions Discussion Series on Foreign Policy Issues starts at the Sch’dy County Main Branch at 9:30 am Runs through March each Tuesday
  • Thursday Music Club will perform on the Schenectady Today Show. Room for plenty in the audience. Great guests! Interesting topics. Join us at 10 am at Proctors Underground

  • Movies at Noon – Reels presents Only the Brave at Main Branch of the Sch’dy Public Library.
  • Weekly event at St. George’s Sch’dy Weekly Wed. Singing in Great Hall of the church on N. Ferry St. with Sacred Harp Singing from 6-8 pm

Regular guests include Representatives from the Animal Protective Foundation; faculty from the various area institutions of higher learning discussing health and community issues; Representatives from City, County and State agencies; actors and directors from the theREP, Proctors Theatre, Circle Theatre Players at Sand Lake Center for the Arts, Schenectady Civic Players, Schenectady Light Opera, Albany Civic Players, Classic Theater Guild, and many other area theatrical groups; Tax Specialists from the Internal Revenue Service (during tax season); Representatives from Schenectady County Library; area museums including miSci & ESAM and many area non-profit organizations. We also try to highlight local artists and musicians whenever possible.
