  • “Turkey: A Partner in Crisis” Great Decisions Discussion Series on Foreign Policy Issues starts at the Sch’dy County Main Branch at 9:30 am Runs through March each Tuesday

Mar 7 (Wed)

  • Weekly event at St. George’s Sch’dy Weekly Wed. Singing in Great Hall of the church on N. Ferry St. with Sacred Harp Singing from 6-8 pm
  • Movies at Noon – Reels presents Battle of the Sexes at Main Branch of the Sch’dy Public Library.

  • Theater Talk after Afternoon performance of The Humans – Proctors GE Theater

  • CD Release Party “Full Circle Vol. 2” at Van Slicks at the Rivers Casino from 2-5 pm

Regular guests include Representatives from the Animal Protective Foundation; faculty from the various area institutions of higher learning discussing health and community issues; Representatives from City, County and State agencies; actors and directors from the theREP, Proctors Theatre, Circle Theatre Players at Sand Lake Center for the Arts, Schenectady Civic Players, Schenectady Light Opera, Albany Civic Players, Classic Theater Guild, and many other area theatrical groups; Tax Specialists from the Internal Revenue Service (during tax season); Representatives from Schenectady County Library; area museums including miSci & ESAM and many area non-profit organizations. We also try to highlight local artists and musicians whenever possible.
