  • Spring/Summer Location –Outside Schenectady Greenmarket – around City Hall from 10 am to 2 pm. Music, food, vendors and more.
  • The First Call Brass Ensemble performs at the Jefferson Historical Society’s Maple Museum’s Free Music and More.  (time not listed in release)

  • Through August – One Man Show – Vince Forte at Niskayuna Senior Center at 2682 Aqueduct Rd. Sch’dy.
  • Through August – “Salvage” by Janene Bouck at Northville Public Library
  • Through Nov. 3 – 22nd Annual North Bennington Outdoor Sculpture Show (NBOSS 2019) 48-66 Main St. North Bennington VT.

Aug 27 (Tues)

  • Hair of the Dog (Celtic/Irish)  performing at Cooks Park in Colonie at 6:30 pm Bring a lawn chair

Aug 28 (Wed)

  • Big Medicine performing (Americana) at Lake George ARTs Project – Shepard Park at 7:00 pm
  • My Fair Lady Movie at 8 pm by Capitol Park after Dark Movie Series – West Capitol  Park

Aug 29 (Thurs)

  • Dos Amigos performing at the Concerts at the Crossings at 580 Albany Shaker Road in Loudonville from 6-8 pm
  • The Sea the Sea performing at Ballston Spa’s Concerts in the park at Wiswall Park in Downtown Ballston Spa 6-8 pm
  • Thursdays in the Park at Indian Meadows Glenville – either a concert or a movie at 7 pm.  Free Ice Cream

Aug 31 (Sat)

  • End of Summer – 80s Style. Benefit of the Waterfront Foundation – two bands and more from 5 to 10 pm at Riverlink Park in Amsterdam.

Regular guests include Representatives from the Animal Protective Foundation; faculty from the various area institutions of higher learning discussing health and community issues; Representatives from City, County and State agencies; actors and directors from the theREP, Proctors Theatre, Circle Theatre Players at Sand Lake Center for the Arts, Schenectady Civic Players, Schenectady Light Opera, Albany Civic Players, Classic Theater Guild, and many other area theatrical groups; Tax Specialists from the Internal Revenue Service (during tax season); Representatives from Schenectady County Library; area museums including miSci & ESAM and many area non-profit organizations. We also try to highlight local artists and musicians whenever possible.
